Gift City offers personalized gifts, wall décor, Islamic wall art, canvas paintings, acrylic lamps, desk organizers, corporate gifts and related decorative products in Pakistan. Product availability, colours and finishes may vary. Handmade and personalized items can have minor differences that do not affect their intended use.
Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. We aim to keep descriptions, images and prices accurate, but may correct genuine errors before dispatch. If a material pricing or product error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your request; it does not always mean the order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order because of stock, payment verification, unsupported personalization, delivery limitations, suspected misuse or an obvious listing error. Any eligible amount already paid will be handled through the original payment method.
You are responsible for checking names, dates, spellings, photos, logos and other instructions before submission. Production may begin soon after confirmation. Changes requested after production starts may not be possible and may involve additional cost. You confirm that submitted content does not infringe another person’s rights or violate applicable law.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Orders may require successful payment or verification before production or dispatch. Gift City is not responsible for delays caused by a bank, payment provider or incomplete verification.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary by destination, customization, public holidays, weather, courier operations or events beyond our reasonable control. Please provide accurate delivery information. Risk of loss passes as permitted by applicable law and the delivery arrangement used.
Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Personalized and made-to-order items have special limitations because they are produced for a specific customer.
You may use this website for lawful personal or business purchasing. Gift City branding, product photography, designs, text and site materials may not be copied, resold or used commercially without permission. Customer-provided trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Gift City is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, delivery delays outside our reasonable control or misuse of a product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. We may update them from time to time; the version published when you place an order will apply to that order unless the law requires otherwise.
